For it seems that if they can be infected with HIV, you can (no evidence for the feeling of 10 years or at least the children who do not want that, do you think that you need to do an HIV test). And yet, still an institution and goes on. The same is true for hepatitis B. Therefore, there are 40000000 people worldwide are currently infected. But it is still an accurate estimate when there may be many patients who do not know what they are?

No, it is impossible to be true for the statistics to 100%. Moreover, taking into account all people who know they have AIDS and unable or unwilling to report it. And that number grows daily, so that each report must be left behind.
